Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Information Technology department with all aspects of basic technology as it relates to Office. This includes, but is not limited to, user support, computer setup, video conferencing, printing, audio visual presentation equipment, asset management, mobile devices, hardware, maintenance and service. You will report to the IT Specialist.

The job responsibilities include:
– Video conferencing /Webex Desktop – Liaising with external Clients to arrange and carry out test and live video conference calls. Assisting and connecting all internal /external video conference calls including Webex gateway and separate audio conference bridges if required. Assisting with the optimization, setup and connection of Webex desktop calls.
– Audio /Visual – Assisting internal /external users with setting up of external projectors /large screen monitors, audio and microphones for presentation purposes and off site special events. Ordering service or maintenance visits and escorting /supervising service technicians while at the office.
– IT Hardware – Ensuring that IT stock levels are adequate and keeping the storage areas in a tidy and organized manner. Issuing IT hardware and accessories to Users and recording in ServiceNow ticketing system.
– Asset Management – Recording all IT assets in asset management database and ensuring that the database is accurate and current for the Office.
– Mobile devices – Replacing faulty /lost mobile devices and arranging replacements and SIM card changes. Assisting with setting up and the restoring of mobile devices and device re-enrollment into the BCG environment.
– Laptop installation /replacement – Assisting in preparing and deploying laptops for Staff, including configuration, imaging and replacement of faulty laptops. Contacting Lenovo for on-site laptop repairs/service.
– Desk setup – Assisting with the moving and setup of IT desk equipment.We look for:– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Finnish

– A reliable and cooperative team player, who displays consideration and respect to others

– Ability to follow established procedures with special attention to detail
